Flat Bread

Really simple to make and contain no hidden nasties - Will require 30 minutes proof!!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups (375g) plain flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 tblsp Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tblsp Olive Oil
  • 3/4 Cup Milk -propper or almond will do

Instructions

  1. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt over a bowl.
  2. Make a well in the center and add the yoghurt, oil and milk
  3. Bring a rough dough together using your hands. Knead for 1 minute until a soft dough forms
  4. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and set aside for 30 minutes
  5. Lightly flour the workbench. Divide the dough in half and then divide each half in 4. Roll the pieces into balls and then with a rolling pin roll each into rectangles.
  6. Brush the frying pan with oil,and set over a medium heat. Cook flatbread for 2 minutes on one side. Brush with oil then flip and turn over and cook for another 2 minutes. Repeat for remaining
