Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- half Cauliflower
- Pinch Salt and Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tsp Dried marjoram
- 1/3 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 230 degrees C
- Next, toss the cauliflower florets in the olive oil.
- Season with the salt and pepper.
- Arrange in a baking pan.
- Roast in the oven for 15 minutes
- Drizzle with the vinegar
- Coat with the Parmesan cheese
- Roast for another 10 minutes
